For those with electronic locks, we’ll acquire the access code prior to our first service.

  • We reach out via text message to provide a detailed update after each individual service is completed. We always love to share the adorable photos we capture during our time together, too!

  • We are unable to provide services to human-aggressive pets.

We always do our best to accommodate dogs who do not do well with other furry friends, like a solo walks and maintaining 12+ ft “bubble” (their comfortable distance) from other animals + humans to ensure safety and minimize any reactivity.

  • We can help care for pets with a variety of medical needs, and have plentiful experience providing scheduled oral + topical medications as well as insulin injections.

Pet safety is our #1 priority. Please note we may need to request medical clearance from your pet’s veterinarian before providing services.

  • For dogs, we require at least three visits per day, morning, afternoon, and evening when you’re out of town. This schedule ensures your beloved pups receive proper care, including meals, fresh water, bathroom breaks, and playtime, keeping them as happy and comfortable as possible.

For cats, we require at least one visit per day. Please kindly note we are unable to accommodate services for outdoor cats.

  • For the safety of your dog and our team, all dogs must have secure, properly fitted walking gear. This includes a well-fitted harness and a backup safety tool such as a martingale collar, slip lead, or double-clip leash system or gentle leader.

If a dog is able to back out of or slip their gear, we will use appropriate equipment we deem safe to continue walks. This is not only for liability reasons but also to protect your dog from the risk of getting loose or injured.

For safety and liability reasons, we do not use retractable leashes, shock collars, prong collars or choke chains. These tools can increase the risk of injury to both dogs and handlers and are not consistent with our positive reinforcement handling standards.

We’re happy to make recommendations for gear that works best for fearful or flight-risk dogs, and we’ll always use a double-leash system when necessary. Our priority is keeping every pup safe while in our care.
